Ruta has taken a back seat to clinical practice but continues to administer the day to day activities at Bloor Jane Physiotherapy and continues to coach her very capable team of professionals. For years, Ruta and the physiotherapists at Bloor Jane Physiotherapy helped in the recovery of many people in the Bloor West community whether from whiplash injuries after car accidents or rotator cuff injuries of the shoulder or sports injuries or the ever common low back pain. Many who recovered referred family or friends to her clinic, a win-win situation. Ruta and her team continue to offer a multi-disciplinary approach to recovery today. Not only do all the physiotherapists have years of clinical experience treating those with soft tissue injuries and musculo-skeletal conditions, but also the Physiotherapy Assistants, Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Management staff.
Most recently, Ruta has focused on promoting bone and joint health by creating The Osteoporosis Exercise Program for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia and by joining the GLAD Canada Program for those with hip or knee osteoarthritis.
