Physio Pilates Therapy Services in Toronto

Bloor Jane Physiotherapy & Active Rehabilitation together with Physio Therapy Concepts, offer more complete rehabilitation.

Underlying many neck or back conditions is often an imbalance in the pull of muscles that support and stabilize the spine. This can lead to faulty biomechanics and patterns of movement that may perpetuate pain.

Bloor Jane Physiotherapy is committed to comprehensive rehabilitation services and has collaborated with Rochenda Howard to house a dedicated Physio Pilates studio studio in Toronto offering exercise rehabilitation.

Rochenda Howard is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in the development, teaching and provision of a Pilates - based physiotherapy treatment system. The focus of the treatment is on the re-education of muscle and bio-mechanical imbalances that underlie and contribute to many musculo-skeletal and neurological conditions. Such imbalances are often the hidden links that contribute to chronic and recurring pain conditions.

Her certified, evidence-based Physio Pilates service is operated as a separate entity (Physio Therapy Concepts) within Bloor Jane Physiotherapy. For more information please visit
